Week 1: Put your oxygen mask on first: taking care of yourself
Week 2: Calming your mind enough to escape the to-do list
Week 3: Diet tips to feel better quickly and easily
Week 4: Enlightening your spirit
Take some time to connect with other moms like you in a comfortable, non-judgemental setting. Sweatpants, ponytails and slippers encouraged.
Who is teaching?
Tracy White, aka badasscancerbabe, is a recovering stressed-out, workaholic, overachieving, list-maker. Diagnosed with incurable cancer in 2016, White set out on a no-holds-barred healing journey to save her life that spanned conventional medicine, alternative therapy and woo-woo modalities. Today this mom, wife, friend and boss is a walking miracle co-existing with her cancer. White rededicated her life to helping other stressed-out parents not end up like her. Through her badasscancerbabe platform, White shares the tips, tricks and stories about how we can all live better.
